My stay at Classyc Hotel was truly enjoyable. The hotel is brand new, which really enhanced my overall experience. The staff, especially Ivy and her team, were really good and made me feel right at home. However, I would have appreciated a bit more variety during breakfast since I stayed for multiple days. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Hanoi, though be aware that some rooms have no windows.

However, I found the bed mattress to be quite hard and uncomfortable, which affected my sleep quality.
